This outstanding achievement reflects the unwavering dedication, discipline, and passion of the students, as well as the guidance and support of the school paper advisers, Mr. John Paolo Delos Santos and Ms. Madeline Audrie Tan. Pinatunayan ng bawat pahina ng Ang Pálos para sa DSPC School Paper Category, lalo na ang Pahina ng Balita (ika-15 na puwesto), Pahina ng Isports (ika-9 na puwesto), at Pahina ng Lathalain (ika-6 na puwesto) na ang pamamahayag ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagbabalita, kundi sa paghahanap at pagsasalamin ng katotohanan.

Sa paninindigang "Mirroring the Truth and Going Beyond Headlines," patuloy nilang inilalampas ang sarili sa karaniwang headline upang maihatid ang mas malalim, mas makabuluhan, at mas tapat na mga kuwento para sa mambabasa.
